Hiring Alert *Manager* Trade Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing skilled for the role of *Manager* Trade Marketing.

Location: Bhubaneswar

Industry Preference: Cement / Construction Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute Trade Marketing initiatives across assigned markets
- Drive ATL & BTL activities to enhance brand visibility and sales growth
- Manage dealer branding, retailer engagement & market activation programs
- Execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows & influencer meets
- Coordinate with sales teams for effective market penetration strategies
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends & consumer insights
- Manage agencies, vendors & promotional material execution
- Track campaign effectiveness, budgets & MIS reporting

Required Skills:




- Strong exposure in Trade Marketing & Brand Activations
- Experience in ATL/BTL campaigns and on-ground execution
- Strong understanding of dealer/distributor marketing activities
- Creative mindset with excellent coordination & execution skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing & branding tools
- Strong presentation, communication & stakeholder management skills

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications or related field / Any Graduate
