Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive M365 / O365 L2 Support Engineer to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for providing Tier-2 support for Microsoft 365 services, resolving escalated tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Microsoft cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, Conditional Access policies, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Manage and configure Microsoft Defender for Office 365, including anti-phishing, anti-malware, and safe links/attachments policies
- Handle mail flow issues, mailbox migrations, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and Exchange Online transport rules
- Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and roles within the M365 Admin Center




- Troubleshoot identity and sync issues using Entra ID / Azure AD Connect
- Work on Intune device compliance policies and mobile device management (MDM/MAM)
- Respond to and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
- Maintain documentation for configurations, runbooks, and incident resolution
- Participate in 24x7 on-call/rotating shift support as required

Required Skills
- Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting (mail flow, connectors, hybrid setup)
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (anti-spam, anti-phishing, threat explorer)
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM)
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Teams administration
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager basics
- PowerShell scripting for M365 administration
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar)
- Positive understanding of ITIL framework
