- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, share menu recommendations, and answer queries regarding ingredients or special dietary needs.
- Order Processing: Take orders accurately and punch them correctly into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital/UPI payments, and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Prep & Serving: Assemble basic beverages or quick bites , and pack takeaway orders.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep the billing counter, display cases, and dining area clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Inventory & Restocking: Restock napkins, straws, cups, and display snacks as needed throughout the shift.
- Kitchen Coordination: Communicate orders clearly and track order pickups with the kitchen/barista team
