- Design and execute comprehensive and well-documented test plans and test cases for quality assurance of project deliverables from development stages to user acceptance testing
- Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements to fully understand scope of work to assist in comprehensive testing
- Enable test-driven development through close coordination with IT Lead and developers
- Close coordination with Salesforce Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure a transparent understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform exploratory testing to find potential defects and provide product team with valuable insights and feedback
- Assist with ad hoc system support including but not limited to manual data loads, production bug identification, routine production testing
- Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in agile software testing preferably related to Salesforce and data integration
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce sales or service cloud
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive test cases for testing during development phases and UAT
- Experience working on an Agile development team
- Jira knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Salesforce and Agile certifications are preferred
- Data analytics experience is a plus
