About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact VP AI to lead Gyantaal.AIs entire AI ecosystem—from AI talent hiring and curriculum development to technical strategy, trainer management and AI-driven learning initiatives.

This is a leadership + execution role for someone who understands both AI technology and education/business and can turn AI ideas into scalable products, programs and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall AI strategy and execution for Gyantaal.ai.
- Build and manage a robust team of AI Trainers, Instructors, SMEs and technical experts.
- Lead AI talent hiring, technical evaluation and trainer onboarding.
- Design and oversee industry-relevant AI curricula, courses, projects and learning frameworks.
- Provide technical direction across Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Automation, AI Tools and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate new AI tools, technologies, and trends and identify opportunities for Gyantaal.ai.
- Work closely with the CEO, academic, product,



marketing and business teams to convert AI strategy into execution.
- Ensure AI programs are practical, industry-oriented, and outcome-driven.
- * Build partnerships with AI experts, trainers, technology companies, and industry professionals.
- * Take ownership of the quality, innovation, and scalability of Gyantaal.ai’s AI offerings.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong practical understanding of AI & Generative AI.
- Experience in AI leadership, product, training, EdTech, consulting and technology.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business and learning outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, hiring and stakeholder-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from 0 1.
- Passion for AI education and staying ahead of rapidly evolving AI technologies.
