Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of equipment's. Buildings to include civil, electrical and water supplies in Bawal facility.
- Managing all Electrical and Mechanical Machines, Preventive maintenance of Machines, Press machines, Shearing machines, Injection moulding machines, VMC, CNC & mechanical lathe and Tool room.
- Preventive Maintenance of Lifts, DG Sets, Electrical Panel, water supply and firefighting equipment, compressors, UPS, Computers and Security Cameras etc.
- AMC of Equipment - AC, Generators, Compressor, Computers & UPS, Fire-Fighting System, Security Access System, Security Cameras main gate.
- Manage Contractors to carryout repairs.
- Oversee security of the complex to include security Cameras and Guard Monitoring Systems.
- Coordinate with Electrical team and Contractor.
- Checking of utility Bills and follow up with Accounts for timely Payments .
- Responsible for Maintaining Critical Spares.
- Coordinate with Internal User For Any Shutdown .
- Observe Diesel /Gas Consumption in DG .
- Complete all maintenance formats/process as per ISO 9000 2015.
- Automation of any production processes, if required.
- Must have experience in independently handling maintenance for medium sized manufacturing facility.
