The HRBP Head is a critical leadership role responsible for leading the Human Resources Business Partner function, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and change leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy and organizational goals.
- Serve as a primary strategic HR advisor and consultant to senior business leaders on complex HR issues, providing insights and solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring their continuous development,



effective performance, and alignment with HR and business objectives.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent acquisition strategies, performance management cycles, and leadership development programs.
- Oversee organizational development and change management efforts, guiding leaders and employees through significant organizational changes, restructurings, and cultural transformations.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with Compensation and Advantages teams to ensure competitive and equitable reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
