- Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients vital signs, health conditions, and treatment progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and post-care instructions.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.
- Handle medical equipment and maintain cleanliness of the nursing area.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Preferred candidate profile
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- 05 years of relevant hospital/clinical experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care, and infection control.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts when required.
- Responsible, compassionate, disciplined, and patient-focused.
- Freshers with relevant qualification may also be considered.
