We're looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and clean coding standards.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Work with AWS cloud services to build and support scalable applications.
- Design and work with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a reputed institution.
- Strong proficiency in Java, with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Positive understanding of fundamental software design principles, including MVC.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS and scalable cloud environments.
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Complexity Analysis.
- Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.
- Python experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
