Role Summary
We are seeking a senior Commercial Sales Leader to accelerate Net Recent AOV (NNAOV) growth across the Commercial (MMGB) segment in South Asia. This is a senior individual contributor role with regional overlay responsibility, aligned to the FY27 GTM strategy.

The role will report directly to the EVP & Managing Director for South Asia and partner closely with Industry Sales Leaders in India and Country Sales Leaders in ASEAN and Commercial Account Executives in their respective teams, providing hands-on deal leadership, pipeline acceleration, and execution rigor. The Commercial Sales Leader will carry a regional target tied to all MMGB territories in South Asia and act as a force multiplier for Commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own regional Commercial NNAOV performance across all MMGB territories in South Asia
- Act as the Commercial segment overlay leader, aligned to FY27 GTM priorities
- Partner with Industry and Country Sales Leaders and Commercial AEs to:
- Shape territory and account strategies
- Drive pipeline creation, deal progression,



and win execution
- Improve deal quality, velocity, and forecast accuracy
- Provide hands-on support on priority deals, including deal strategy, executive alignment, and value articulation
- Participate in strategic customer and prospect engagements to define strong business cases and commercial value narratives
- Work cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Sales Development, Alliance & Channels, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive integrated Commercial GTM motions
- Identify execution, market, and product gaps in the Commercial segment and provide structured feedback to regional and global leadership
- Support regional pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs with Commercial performance insights
- Drive consistency and discipline in Commercial sales execution, including deal qualification, sales process adherence, and value-based selling
