Role & responsibilities
- Assist in formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products.
- Support trial batches, laboratory experiments, and process development.
- Perform basic testing and documentation as per SOPs.
- Maintain development records, protocols, and reports.
- Assist in scale-up and technology transfer activities.
- Follow GMP, GLP, safety, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and other departments.
- Support investigation and resolution of formulation/process-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must be M.Pharm in Pharmacy
- Fresher or 01 years of experience in formulation/R&D.;
- Basic knowledge of formulation development and pharmaceutical processes.
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and laboratory skills.
- Willingness to learn, perform trials, and work in a team.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
