Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of AI/ML engineers to design, develop, and deploy large language models (LLM) for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into existing systems and products.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using TypeScript, MCP, and other relevant technologies.
- Conduct research on new advancements in AI/ML engineering to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-12 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related field.
- Robust expertise in Agentic AI, Agent Design, Prompt Engineering, RAGBY architecture, Embeddings, Vector Search, Retrieval Optimization, Hallucination Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Systems or equivalent from a reputed institution.
