Job Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and assigned sections of the hotel. The role ensures guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay by delivering high-quality housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Clean bathrooms and ensure all fixtures are functioning properly.
- Replenish room supplies and minibar items as required.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure public areas, corridors, and service areas are kept clean and presentable.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.

Qualifications




- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals.
- Prefer hotel management or hospitality course completion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
