Role Overview

We are looking for an
Affiliate Marketing Executive
with 0-1 year of experience to manage affiliate partnerships, acquire new publishers, and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate/publisher partners.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns.
- Track KPIs, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates and negotiate offers.




- Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve campaign and tracking issues.
- Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and conversions.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, and other performance models.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and publishers simultaneously.
