We are looking for Recruiters who have experience in hiring for Manufacturing, EPC & Oil & Gas sectors.
We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for Recruitment Consultants with 1-5 years of experience who want to build their career in specialist and executive recruitment.

What you'll be doing:
- Work on recruitment mandates across Manufacturing, EPC & Oil & Gas
- Source and identify candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant talent
- Screen and engage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through closure
- Work closely with clients and senior consultants on critical mandates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network within your sector
What we're looking for:
- 15 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Manufacturing / EPC / Oil & Gas hiring preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple mandates and meet deadlines
- A strong interest in building a career in recruitment
