Job Summary

We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic skilled for Regional EE Procurement. This role will be responsible for driving category procurement strategy, managing supplier and partner factory relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products. The incumbent will play a critical role in optimizing supplier performance, driving year-on-year productivity, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Management
Develop and execute a robust procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard a resilient, scalable, and diversified supplier base.
Drive category strategies to ensure competitiveness, innovation, and supply continuity.
Supplier Relationship Management
Build and sustain robust partnerships with suppliers and partner factories.
Ensure consistent performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and long-term contracting strategies.




Cost Optimization & Exception Management
Monitor market trends, commodity indices, and pricing dynamics.
Drive cost control initiatives and achieve year-on-year productivity and savings targets.
Manage supply disruptions, escalations, and exceptions to ensure business continuity.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Establish and enforce procurement policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
Leverage analytics to track procurement KPIs, forecast demand, and optimize inventory.
Generate periodic reports with actionable insights to support continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Systems teams.
Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and improving supply chain efficiency.
Support recent product development and localization initiatives through sourcing expertise.
