About the Role
IIM SKILLS is seeking highly motivated and performance-driven Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions team. We are looking for professionals with a proven track record in EdTech admissions, academic counselling, inside sales, or business development who are passionate about guiding learners and delivering exceptional enrollment experiences. This role demands excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to consistently achieve admission targets in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable learning programs based on their goals.
Handle the complete admission lifecycle, from lead qualification to successful enrollment.
Build trust with prospective learners by providing accurate course and career guidance.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly admission targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update lead status in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding experience.
Deliver an exceptional learner experience while maintaining organizational quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a performance-driven setting.
