Position: Project Manager – Solar EPC
Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy / Solar EPC
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
Experience: 8–12 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical preferred

Key Requirement

Solar EPC Project Execution experience is mandatory. Candidates with only general construction or non-solar project experience will not be preferred.

The candidate should have robust experience in independently handling end-to-end Solar EPC projects, from project planning and procurement coordination through execution, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Solar EPC project execution from planning to commissioning and handover.
- Handle project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring and closure.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Stores, Site and Operations teams.
- Review project BOQ, drawings, technical specifications and execution plans.




- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
- Manage site execution, contractors, subcontractors and manpower.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and milestones.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline and required quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and statutory authorities.
- Identify project risks, delays and technical/commercial issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project-wise cost, billing, collections and profitability in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure proper documentation, project MIS and progress reporting.
- Handle testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and technical standards.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide management updates.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of relevant Project Management experience.
- Mandatory Solar EPC experience.
