We are hiring Facility Manager for our client based in Hyderabad.

The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the site, ensuring that all facility services are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly, and in line with client expectations and contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily facility operations (hard and soft services), coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, monitoring service quality, performing site inspections, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- The role acts as the primary on-site interface for the client, managing client relationships, operational reviews, and site walk-throughs.
- Additionally, the manager ensures compliance with Health & Safety regulations, monitors site costs and budgets, validates administrative documentation, and supervises on-site teams, including recruitment support and training.





Ideal profile:
- The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Facility Management or Site Management with a strong understanding of
hard and soft services
.
- Must be proficient in managing
KPIs, SLAs,
and budgets, and possess strong IT literacy (MS Office, FM systems).
- Key soft skills include a client-oriented mindset, leadership, team coordination, and the ability to manage priorities in a agile environment.
- A valid CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, along with a proactive, solution-focused approach and a strong sense of accountability.
