Role Overview

We are looking for a Debt Project Finance Executive to handle project finance and debt financing assignments, including preparation of CMA, project reports, bank forms, appraisal notes, financial projections and bank certificates, along with regular coordination with clients and banks.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparation of CMA Data, Project Reports / DPR, financial projections and bank proposals.

· Preparation and compilation of various bank forms, appraisal notes and financial statements required for debt financing.

· Analysis of financial statements, working capital requirements, cash flows, DSCR, debt-equity ratio and other key financial ratios.

· Preparation / coordination of CA certificates, bank certificates, project cost and means of finance statements and other bank-related documents.

· Liaisoning and regular follow-up with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions for term loans, working capital facilities, enhancements and other debt requirements.

· Handling working capital renewal / review assignments and ensuring timely submission to banks.





· Tracking multiple projects from information collection → proposal preparation → bank submission → query resolution → sanction → documentation → disbursement.

· Maintaining trackers for loan sanctions, renewals, working capital limits, pending documents and bank queries.

· Coordinating with clients for financial data, documents and information required for various assignments.

· Preparing MIS and status reports for management / partners.

Required Skills

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for financial data preparation, analysis, reconciliation and financial modelling.

· Strong knowledge of accounting software / ERP systems such as Tally, Business Central, SAP or similar software for data extraction and analysis.

· Positive understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

· Practical knowledge of CMA preparation, project finance and bank financing processes.
