Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
- Learn and understand various IT roles, technologies, and job requirements.

Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles/technologies.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
- 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
