- Develop creative and commercially viable textile designs, prints, patterns, and surface designs aligned with market and customer requirements.
- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, repeats, and print layouts.
- Work closely with the Product Development, Sampling, Production, and Sales teams to convert concepts into production-ready designs.
- Research market trends, colors, fabrics, techniques, and competitor collections to develop relevant designs.
- Handle design modifications, sampling, approvals, and ensure the final design meets required quality and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain design files, artwork, colorways, and technical specifications.




- Guide and review the work of junior designers and ensure timely completion of design projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, embroiderers, and production teams for design execution.
- Ensure designs meet quality, commercial, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging textile trends, digital design tools, and industry developments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
