- 4+ years of overall experience in inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading/managing an inside sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving lead-generation, MQL, SQL, pipeline, or revenue targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied engineering software/solution sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience selling technology solutions to B2B customers is preferred.

Technical & Business Skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Experience with sales intelligence, lead-generation, and sales analytics tools.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

- Strong understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management.
