Hiring: Business Development Associate – Solar EPC/IPP

We are looking for a driven Business Development Associate to join our solar EPC/IPP company and contribute to the growth of residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Position: Business Development Associate
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month + Monthly Performance Incentives
Experience: 5+ years in Sales/Business Development
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities
- Contact prospects and conduct client meetings
- Explain solar solutions to potential customers
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Support contract negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client & partner relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field




Strong communication & presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented and comfortable with client outreach
Solar industry experience is preferred
