Role Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and team members. The role involves managing the front desk, handling calls and appointments, ensuring the office is well-maintained, and providing basic administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the relevant team members.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the visitor/appointment register.
- Handle courier, mail and other front-desk activities.
- Ensure the office, reception and common areas are clean, organised and well-maintained.




- Coordinate with housekeeping and office support staff for the upkeep of the office.
- Monitor basic office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Provide basic administrative and coordination support to the team.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for all visitors.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi - Mandatory
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Well-groomed, confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Positive organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or premium customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
