About The Role
We are looking for a
Junior Digital Marketing Executive
with a basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing and hands-on exposure to
paid advertising and performance marketing
.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, positive analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work across PPC, social media marketing, campaign optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
- Assist with keyword research,



audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
- Support the development of media plans, ad copies, creatives, and campaign structure documentation.
- Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, dashboards, and campaign summaries for client reviews.
- Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel for reporting and campaign-related activities.
- Assist with conversion tracking, UTM tagging, pixel setup, and basic attribution.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance and data analysis.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and other cross-functional teams to align paid marketing efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
