? About the Role

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for owning the complete performance marketing function — from
strategy and campaign execution to optimization, analytics, and reporting
.

You will work across
Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
to generate high-quality leads and deliver measurable business results.

? Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing and lead generation campaigns across
Meta, Google, LinkedIn
, and other relevant platforms.





• Develop digital advertising strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.

• Manage and optimize
₹15 Lakhs+ monthly advertising budgets
.

• Monitor
CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS
, and other key performance metrics.

• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall ROI.

• Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Manage audience targeting, remarketing, retargeting, and funnel-based campaigns.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, advertising tools, trends, and best practices.

• Ensure effective utilization of advertising budgets while achieving defined acquisition and lead-generation targets.

5+ years of proven experience
in Performance Marketing / Digital Mark
