About the Role
We are looking for an
Organizational Psychologist
to join our team in
Delhi NCR or Bangalore
.
This is a consulting and client-facing role for someone who is interested in understanding
people, workplaces and organizational behaviour
and translating psychological insights into practical solutions for organizations.
The role will involve working across projects such as organizational assessments, psychometric assessments, leadership and behavioural programs, employee engagement, well-being initiatives and organizational development interventions.
You will work closely with
HR leaders, business leaders, managers and employees
across client organizations.
What You Will Do
- Conduct
job and role analysis
to understand organizational and behavioural requirements.
- Design and deliver
training and development interventions
for individuals, teams and leaders.
- Administer, interpret and apply
psychometric and behavioural assessments
.
- Analyse organizational and workforce behaviour to identify patterns and opportunities for intervention.
- Support the design of
employee engagement, mental well-being, psychological safety and DEI initiatives
.
- Develop evidence-based recommendations and translate psychological concepts into practical workplace solutions.
