Position Summary: Supervise operation, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the university campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related MEP systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Supervise technicians and outsourced maintenance personnel.
- Monitor DG sets, UPS, panels, pumps, HVAC equipment and water systems.
- Coordinate AMC/OEM vendors and emergency repairs.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists and breakdown records.
- Monitor energy/water consumption and support cost optimization.
- Ensure safety procedures and statutory requirements are followed.

Qualification & Experience: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, MEP or related discipline; 4–8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a university, hospital, hotel or large facility.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
