About the role: We are looking for driven and results-oriented Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Senior Business Development Representatives (SBDRs) to join a high-performance sales team. This is an account-based outbound sales role focused on generating high-quality pipeline opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts.



The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative selling, excels at prospecting, and is focused on creating revenue opportunities rather than simply booking meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within assigned mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer needs and business challenges.
- Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria and disqualify prospects when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline hygiene.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and research techniques to improve prospecting efficiency and messaging.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth by creating conversion-ready sales opportunities.
