Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and system functionality.
- Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, HR, and Logistics.
- Create and maintain ERP users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure proper transaction processing.
- Identify ERP issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with vendors/IT teams for resolution.
- Provide training and technical support to ERP users.
- Prepare and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and data security in coordination with IT.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, customizations, and recent modules.
- Document ERP processes, workflows, and user procedures.
- Analyze business requirements and suggest ERP process improvements.
- Ensure proper integration between ERP modules and other business applications.
- Conduct regular data checks and maintain system integrity.
- Follow up on pending ERP issues and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare management reports on ERP performance and operational issues.
