Job Purpose

Ensure a seamless cinema experience by managing ticketing, food & beverage service, and customer interactions with a focus on guest satisfaction, hygiene, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle ticket booking and F&B; service counters
- Assist and address guest queries courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow safety and operational guidelines
- Support team during peak hours and special events
- Uphold company policies and deliver excellent service

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th Pass




- Hospitality/Retail experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Customer‑focused and team‑oriented attitude
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits
- In‑Hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month
- CTC: ₹20,000 per month (inclusive of PF, ESI & Incentives)
