The Opportunity
We are hiring a Junior Psychologist to become part of our online clinical services team.
This opportunity is particularly suited to early-career psychologists and fresh graduates who want meaningful clinical exposure, regular professional development, supervision from experienced psychologists,
and experience working within a technology-integrated mental health system.
Key Areas of WorkClinical Assistance
- Support psychological screening and assessment processes
- Assist senior psychologists with structured therapeutic programs
- Conduct scheduled client follow-ups
- Track psychological and behavioral progress
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records
Client Support & Engagement
- Communicate with clients through chat, voice, and video
- Provide appropriate basic psychological support under professional supervision
- Encourage adherence to assigned psychological activities and interventions
- Maintain consistent and professional client communication
- Contribute toward a positive client experience
Structured Program Delivery
- Assist with MindAlgo's structured one-month psychological programs
- Guide clients with activities such as journaling, thought monitoring, and assigned
