Awsm Digital Innovations is looking for a Digital Growth & Marketing Manager to own our marketing and growth initiatives.

You’ll plan campaigns, generate leads, build visibility, measure results, and drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels.
- Build stories around our products, projects, and impact.
- Drive SEO, content, email, and social media.
- Promote launches, achievements, case studies, and company updates.
- Track performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
- Work with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
- Identify new growth channels and opportunities.
- Help build and grow our marketing function and team.
- Stay updated on AI, marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.

Expected Skillset
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or a digital product studio.
- Ability to own campaigns from planning to reporting.
- Experience in customer engagement,



lead generation, and conversion.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
- Robust understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Experience with global or B2B marketing.
- Curiosity about new channels, tools, and formats.
- Strong writing, storytelling, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and focused on measurable growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
