Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, user needs, and product roadmap to make strategic decisions.

Develop, maintain and prioritize product backlog items that outline product vision and execution path.

Provide transparent vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders.

Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

Identify and mitigate impediments impacting Release and Sprint Goals.

Collaborate with UX teams to design intuitive and user-centric features.

Engage stakeholders to define go-to-market strategy and coordinate launches.

Monitor feature performance and use client feedback for continuous improvement.

Drive improvement through Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications / Experience

At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Product Management in financial services.

MBA or equivalent business degree in Finance preferred.

Prior experience in Wealth Management; Financial Planning experience is an advantage.
