- Daily Production plan at all manufacturing stages to be shared.
- Conversion of production order and Purchase requisition from planned order for next 2 day's plan at all stages.
- Daily follow up with FG subcontracting vendors regarding FG manufacturing from end to end.
- Production version & routing updation follow up with production team in case of NPD or changeover.
- Coordination for current trials & mould trials with D&D; and production team.
- Trial order release for NPD and sample luggage.
- Refreshing production order after any BOM changeover.
- Daily Production cum dispatch report sharing to all Concerns.
- Daily shell availability data to be maintain against assembly plan release.
- Assembly input data updation of yesterdays plan for in house and FG Subcontracting lines.
- Coordination with Store and Purchase team for timely Kit dispatch to FG Subcontracting vendors.
- Manpower status of all assembly lines including In-house as well as FG Sub contracting vendors and sharing.
- Pending Posting data to be maintained for FG Sub contracting vendors on daily basis.
- Loss analysis to be maintained on day to day basis for all manufacturing stages and shared to DH.
