Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Motor pricing models and pricing frameworks.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of pricing processes and reporting.
- Support product and rate filings by preparing technical documentation and actuarial analyses.
- Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Product, Finance, Reinsurance, and Business teams on pricing initiatives.
- Analyse policy and claims data to identify trends, assess portfolio performance, and recommend pricing actions.
- Conduct pricing studies, experience analyses, and portfolio performance reviews to support pricing decisions.
Experience
- 6-7 years of experience in General Insurance, in Motor Pricing or Actuarial Analytics.
Education and Actuarial Qualification
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics or another quantitative discipline.
