Role & responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and Motivate the Team to achieve individual and Group Targets.
- Monitor Daily/ Weekly performance and Ensure Productivity.
- Provide Guidance, Training, and Support to Team Members
Preferred candidate profile
- Mandatory Exp in Life Insurance Banca Channel
- 1.5years Team Handling Exp Required Only Robust Leadership and People Management skills.
