CRM Sales & Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, commercially minded, and proactive CRM – Sales & Marketing to work closely with leadership and support the execution of business growth, sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives.

The role will act as a key bridge between leadership, sales, marketing, customers, and internal teams, ensuring priorities are translated into action and business objectives are delivered effectively. This job includes travel.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Monitor sales pipelines, opportunities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.
- Partner closely with leadership on strategic priorities, business planning, and execution.
- Manage and coordinate leadership priorities, meetings, reviews, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
- Track key decisions, action items, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate sales reviews, forecasts, target tracking, and performance meetings.




- Assist in identifying current business opportunities, markets, customers, and strategic partnerships.
- Support preparation of proposals, commercial presentations, business cases, and client communications.
- Maintain strong visibility of key accounts, prospects, and sales initiatives.

Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and business-growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on branding, digital marketing, events, content, and lead-generation activities.
- Track marketing performance and assess campaign effectiveness against business objectives.
- Support market research, competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry intelligence.
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales priorities.

Strategy & Analytics
- Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and management reports.
