About the Role
This is a dual-function role combining morning accounting work for The SWIFT Group with evening chess coaching at Swift Elite Sports Academy (SESA). Ideal for someone with a background in both bookkeeping and competitive/coaching-level chess who wants a varied, full day role in Doha.
Schedule
Morning (Accounting): ~4 hours, based at The SWIFT Group office
Evening (Chess Coaching): ~3–4 hours, at SESA academy venues
Key Responsibilities
Morning — Accounts Executive (The SWIFT Group)
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Process supplier and customer invoices; reconcile bank accounts
Maintain accurate records across SWIFT Group's business divisions (trading, industrial, fit-out)
