Job Descriptions: We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle and take ownership of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Policies,



Employee Engagement and HRMS, with the ability to work independently and act as a reliable HR point of contact for employees and management.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary discussions, offer negotiation and joining.
- Understanding manpower requirements and working closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
- Managing day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes independently.
- Maintaining employee records, documentation, HR databases and HRMS data.
- Managing attendance, leave and WFH processes through the HRMS.
- Handling employee confirmations, probation tracking and employment-related documentation.
- Managing employee movements including designation, reporting and other HR changes.
- Handling exit formalities, resignation processes, notice period
