DICS Innovatives, Pitampura is looking for an experienced and passionate IT Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training to students, helping them build strong technical skills and preparing them for career opportunities in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training to students.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, assignments, projects and practical exercises.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests and practical evaluations.
- Provide individual guidance and doubt-solving support to students.
- Keep students updated with current industry trends and technologies.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare course materials, notes, assignments and practical tasks.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Help students work on real-world projects and practical applications.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding course schedules and student progress.
Required Skills
The candidate should have strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Python Programming
- Data Analytics
- Data Science
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Power BI
- Web Development
- Digital Marketing
- Other IT/Computer-related technologies
Candidates with expertise in multiple technologies will be preferred.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, Faculty or similar teaching role.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of the subject being taught.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Practical/project-based teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field is preferred.
