Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development professional to drive sales of corporate hampers and gifting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, connecting with corporate clients, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Approach corporates, HR teams, Admin teams, Procurement teams and decision-makers for gifting requirements.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hamper/gifting solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
- Develop repeat business and generate referrals from existing clients.

Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in dealing with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and new client acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in corporate gifting, hampers, event gifting, employee gifting or B2B sales are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
