About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to join our marketing team and help build a strong presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond scrolling you should be curious about what makes content perform, how trends work, and how brands can turn content into engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, Stories, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Write creative captions, hooks, post copy and CTAs.
- Research trending topics, Reels formats, sounds, hashtags and competitor content.
- Assist with creating and editing short-form videos, Reels and basic graphics.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut or After Effects for content creation.
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance including reach, impressions,



engagement, views and follower growth.
- Analyse top-performing content and suggest ideas for improving future content.
- Support social media campaigns, launches and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual identity.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, formats and platform changes.

What We're Looking For
- Students, fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
- Ability to research, learn quickly and experiment with current content formats.
