About the Role
Lead, develop, and implement Industrial Engineering (IE) strategies and initiatives across the product segment to support productivity, quality, cost optimization, manufacturing excellence, and capacity management objectives. Ensure alignment with regional and divisional manufacturing standards while advancing innovation, recent product and process industrialization, and operational excellence.

Lead the development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes to drive safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
Establish and implement industrial engineering methodologies, work measurement systems, process standards, and technical KPIs across manufacturing operations.
Develop and execute capacity planning, footprint optimization, and productivity improvement strategies aligned with business demand and S&OP; requirements.
Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing performance metrics including OEE, cycle time, labor productivity, resource utilization, and operational costs.
Lead the industrialization of new products, production lines, automation solutions, and advanced manufacturing technologies to support business growth and innovation.
