Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Architect Manager – Design to manage architectural design activities and coordinate with consultants and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural design and development for projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural and MEP teams.
- Review architectural drawings, layouts and design specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for smooth execution.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
Requirements
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institute.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
- Solid knowledge of architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
