The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and general office administration. The role requires good communication.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily employee attendance and working hours.
- Maintain attendance records and leave details.
- Track late coming, early departures, permissions, and absences.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Salary & Payroll Coordination
- Collect and verify monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate monthly salary processing.
- Maintain salary, deductions, incentives, overtime, and leave-related records.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of general office operations.
Required Skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ability to handle multiple HR and administrative tasks.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in HR and administration is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant HR knowledge may also be considered.
