Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
