The Digital Experience Insights function serves the organization by providing targeted insights to enhance the customer travel journey, spanning from shopping and inspiration, to booking a flight, to pre-flight preparation, to day of travel support, and to encouraging persistent loyalty to the brand. The insights team specifically simplifies information for any audience to understand, effectively tells stories to illustrate how the customer is experiencing our tools throughout the travel journey, and identifies opportunities for the organization to act and improve the customer experience.
Role Description
Delta’s Digital Experience Insights team is seeking a
Senior Insights Specialist
who is analytical, can clearly communicate,
and has solid attention to detail. This role will play a critical part in leading the transition from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and advancing the team’s analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in their migration from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) by ensuring data quality and continuity of reporting
- Partner closely with external consulting teams to transfer knowledge, assume ownership of the implementation, and establish internal best practices
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, cross-functional reporting environments within CJA
- Define and govern key data elements (dimensions, metrics, calculated fields) to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with business needs
- Develop and maintain clear, structured documentation of data definitions, reporting environments, and usage guidelines
