Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5–8 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of mechanical services at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical works for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate and monitor installation of HVAC, ventilation, firefighting, plumbing, pumps, and other mechanical systems, as applicable to the project.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, MEP, Architecture, PMC, consultants, contractors,



and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of mechanical activities as per the project schedule.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved materials, quality standards, and construction practices.
- Identify site issues, technical discrepancies, and clashes and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Check material requirements, technical specifications, and quantities in coordination with the procurement and project teams.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, rate analysis, material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
